Requirements for the certification in nephropathology according to the «Facultes de Medicine de Paris VI» (modified by MJM), France

  1. Successfully completed training in anatomic pathology (in France possible after 2 years of training).
  2. 3 months of in-depth training under the guidance of an experienced nephropathologist.
  3. Participation in 6 continuous education sessions to advance theoretical background knowledge
    (6×3 days, total of 140 hours).
  4. Final examination.

I feel it is suitable for the doctors abroad who cannot leave their work for long time. If it is insufficient, another sessions can be held in the next year before final examination
